Thank you for using Resmed O2 Tracker software (App).
ResMed provides and supports a variety of products that can operate independently or collaborate with software applications, including certain websites and mobile applications. Collectively, the App, associated service and the Content (defined as below) are referred to as the Service(s).
Please read these terms and conditions (Terms of Use) carefully before using the Service because they set forth the important terms you need to know about the Service.
If you are in a country in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, you must be at least 16 years of age to use relevant products and Services, including to submit any personal information to us through or in connection with your use of the App. For users everywhere else, you must be at least 13 years of age to use the products and Services, including to submit any personal information to us through, or in connection with, your use of the App.
In these Terms of Use, the terms "you" and "yours" refer to the person using the Service.
In these Terms of Use, "we," "our," "us" and "ResMed" refer to ResMed Corp., a company incorporated in the United States with its principal place of business at 9001 Spectrum Center Blvd. San Diego, CA 92123 United States.
Before using the Service, registering the products in the Service, creating an online account for the Service, or engaging in any transactions via the Service (including the installation of any software), you will be asked to agree to our Terms of Use. You agree that when you click the "I consent to" button when using the Service, you affirmatively consent to enter into these Terms of Use electronically with us, and such credentials and processes have the same force and effect as your written signature.
