You will only use this Service for the permitted purposes stated in these Terms of Use, and will not engage in abusive activity with respect to this Service, or undertake any other activity which may adversely affect the use or enjoyment of this Service by any person. You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this Service to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g. password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you become involved in any violation of system security, ResMed reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other websites and law enforcement authorities in order to assist them in resolving security incidents.

Applicable law may prohibit the use of obscene, defamatory, abusive, threatening or other language that infringes another person’s rights.
